1x/ Week Specialized Small Group Training

Classes will run from 9:30am-10am on Tuesdays and Thursdays between May 7th and June 6th within the 410 Fitness gym at 3601 Clipper Mill Road Suite 3 in Hampden.

These classes are oriented towards strength training for adults over the age of 50 (some exceptions allowed) with particular emphasis on hinging,squatting,pushing,pulling and carrying movements to improve functional independence, muscular strength, minimize decline/maintain or even improve bone density. Each session will also end with a higher intensity cardiovascular workout to help improve cardiovascular fitness and health.

Beyond getting stronger, we are looking forward to creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere for people of all capacities and lifting experience. The point is to show up, have fun, lift weights, laugh and leave feeling better every day. Every movement will be modifiable and scaleable to meet your specific needs.

THIS OPTION IS FOR 1x/WEEK. These classes are designed to be performed 2x/week. If at all possible, we recommend trying to come 2x/week though we understand that is not feasible for everyone’s schedule.
